How you know you got the new Gutenberg Editor Update

When the new Gutenberg update pops up for you in WordPress, it will show a pop-up notification on your WordPress top side saying WordPress 5.0 is available! Please update now.

You just have to click on the pop-up and it will redirect you to a page where it shows you “Update Now” clickable button to update to the new Gutenberg editor.

Drag Images From Your Desktop Into Gutenberg

To speed up your graphical representation like adding images, you can drag them straight from your desktop to a specific spot in the editor. Gutenberg will automatically upload them to your Media Library:
